All India Institute of Medical Sciences Nagpur (also known as AIIMS Nagpur) was established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) in 2018. AIIMS Nagpur is one of the four institutes that were announced in the Budget Speech of 2014 as Phase IV of these institutes. Located in the special economic zone of Nagpur, this institute is one of the largest campuses located in central India.
