JEE Advanced (Joint Entrance Examination – Advanced) is the second phase of India’s most prestigious engineering entrance system, conducted after JEE Main. It is the only gateway to the elite Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), as well as IISc Bangalore, IISERs, IIPE, and RGIPT.
While JEE Main is open to all eligible candidates, only the top 2.5 lakh performers from JEE Main are allowed to appear for JEE Advanced, making it one of the toughest exams not just in India, but globally.
