All India Institute of Medical Sciences Deoghar (also known as AIIMS Deoghar or AIIMS-D) is a public medical research institute located in Deoghar, Jharkhand. It is one of the six AIIMSs that started operation in 2019. Established in 2019 by the Ministry of Healthcare and Family Welfare (MHFW) under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY), it is also approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI). The institute offers MBBS and BSc in Nursing programme at the UG level. AIIMS Deoghar offers courses across 20+ departments, which include Anatomy, Biochemistry, Community & Family Medicine, Pharmacology and Physiology.
